Equity Memberships:

  • For year-round Royal Highlands resident golfers who are interested in owning a part of The Monarch Golf Club the Equity Membership Program is the right way to go. The Equity Stock Investment guarantees you a share of the club and provides you with the opportunity to differentiate your property when you wish to sell your home.  Equity Memberships are transferable. You also have a say in the club’s operation by voting at Equity Member Meetings. You can also run for and vote for board member positions and take part by volunteering on various board committees. Ask about our other Equity Member perks.

  • Our Junior Equity Membership Program allows those that qualify (under 50 years of age) to become Equity Members with all of the rights and privileges. Those that qualify should contact Marshall Leich.

  • The Seasonal Equity Membership is for seasonal residents of Royal Highlands, who wish to join but do not want monthly dues obligations for the six months they are not in residence. Seasonal Equity Memberships may be upgraded to a permanent resident status at any time. The seasonal period runs from November 1 through April 30 of the following year during which time full equity privileges are in force. This is a Transferable Equity Stock Membership.

  • A Prospective Equity Membership program is available. It allows prospective equity members to “test drive” being an equity member. It is available for only a twelve month period and has a small initiation fee and a $20/round charge. If at the end of the twelve months the prospective member wishes to become an Equity Member the initiation fee is applied to the cost of the Equity Stock Investment at the time of conversion.

General Memberships:

  • For Royal Highlands Residents

    • Golfers, who do not wish to take an equity investment in the club, at this time, may take advantage of the General Membership Program. General Members have many of the same playing and social opportunities that Equity Members enjoy. A General Membership may be converted to an Equity Membership within two years.

  • For Non-Residents (open to those not owning property in Royal Highlands)

    • An Area Membership Program is available to those wishing to join, but not currently owning property in Royal Highlands. The membership has many similarities to the resident General Membership but has been modified in certain areas to adjust for non-resident needs. This Membership must convert to an Equity or General Membership upon buying property in Royal Highlands.
